OH what to do. I've been itching to make a website/portfolio for a while, just so I could have SOME sort of reference to offer when an opportunity randomly pops up or someone asks, but but but websites cost money and I am HTML/CSS STUPID and NO TIME NO TIME! But it would be so much better than a DA account that doesn't even reflect me very well (not saying id leave da, though; i like the artists and friends on here) And... yeah. DILEMMA
I have some ideas I want to do art wise but I have no time or motivation. I haven't drawn anything this entire semester yet. I feel like I'm missing out on practice and experience, especially since art is pratically nonexistant at my school. Trying to keep the possibility open of DOING something in art one day is becoming harder and harder; I think maybe I'll just... do it ONLY as a hobby instead.

Your gallery... well, what exactly is your main focus in art? I particularly love your Macabre & Horror stuff. Not just because its all scary, but, I love that thing you do with all the crazy splattered paint/ ink/ white out(?). Even on my commission, it really added interest to it.
This is me motivating to to do art D:< Doooo iiit!

I have NO idea what my main focus is D8 I guess my gallery bothers me because i feel its outdated and too random, its not really.. recent enough to reflect, you know? Alot of stuff in my gallery I don't really do that often, but it looks like its something i normally do (i.e. the clean photoshop lines and stuff). I DONT KNOW. its hard to explain but im sure you get it.
AHaha im glad you like my ink stuff! I think I'm slowly coming to identify with it as my "thing".. like every artist has their style/"thing" they usually do or are known for or feel comfortable working with. It's one of the only style/techniques/whatevers I've tried that I've stuck with for so long, and I noticed its evolved alot (from flat b/w, to splatters, to washes, to colored washes with splatters AHAHA). And I want to KEEP doing that kind of stuff and experimenting with it, actually.

I SAID MAYBE. we'll see waht i do with art depending on where i go in my career path. i dont want to pursue it as a job until im certain i'll have the time, becuase i dont want to work three years to try and get my first freelance job, then find out i wont even have time to keep doing it becuase of my real job, whatever it ends up being.
