Since we got so much feedback (thank you guys so much!!), ~licchan and I are going to hold a contest!
Here's everything from reference to rules to prizes. (she posted this, too.)

THEM contest

This is a contest where you draw THEM. That's right. THEM.

You're probably familiar with the two characters that keep popping in our galleries. WELL GUESS WHAT NOW IT'S YOUR TURN TO DRAW THEM! You all saw this coming.

CHARACTER DESCRTIPTIONS

Gavan Delano

Skin: Tan-ish [he's part Indian. No, he doesn't speak Hindi]
Eyes: Brown to purple [purple is fine if that confuses you, ahha]
Hair: White and uneven and flat; IT WON'T CURL D8 poor gavan.
Etc: 37 years old; Gavan is scrawny, about 5'7" and can tend to look quite SICKLY and has health problems and is "OMG /SICK" a lot. And, on a random note, he's incredibly musically talented. He also enjoys sunglasses!

His signature face is this: B< [ref]. So if you've ever talked to either of us, and we're like "OMG WTF /BITCH B<", you now know wtf that B< means. Anyway.

He comes off as a nice, friendly guy, however once you get to know him he's a BITCH and is whiney and mean and a total JERK and can get very DANGEROUS if angered. He's a PRICK, and he probably HATES YOU. However, despite his bitchiness, he still cares for his friend. ♥ And is clingy and whiney and protective of him. Except sometimes he gets violent and forgets this.

Caine Ryker

Eyes: White
Hair: Short and black
Etc: 26 years old; Caine is about 6'0" with an average build. Both ears pierced 6 times each, left eyebrow pierced twice, ankh tattoo on his right wrist [ref]. Total randomness: He's too smart for his own good, and he really likes fishes. Especially goldfishes. Alot. ♥ And he smokes.

Despite the fact that he's really nice and intelligent and caring and a SMARTASS and completely opposite of the real Gavan, people think he's a jackass who is arrogant and dumb and a total bastard. WOW SO OPPOSITE. And he has really bad depression problems. And he never does his work. And slacks off. And even if Gavan gets angry and beats up on him, he'd never hurt him. ♥

They're partners in crime, only it's not crime, it's the government. Wait. That is crime!
Aha but yes, they're agents. Yes, those special agents with the suits. And they can kick serious ass. Srsly.

They fight and argue a lot and they seem to never get along, except they actually do get along quiet well. They're best friends [if not more] and TOTALLY OPPOSITE. It's like, NIGHT/DAY, BLACK/WHITE, NICE/MEAN, SLOPPY/NEAT, D: / B<, SHALL WE KEEP GOING? No.

In a nut shell, they're total opposites, but they depend on each other a lot.
Yeah, you guessed it. THEY'RE GAY. Sort of. Only not. It's not "OFFICIAL" and Gavan's in denial except he CAN get a little… lively sometimes. And although it seems like Caine's the "dominant" one and acts like it more, he's not. It's Gavan. How sad.

RULES/SUBMISSIONS
Keep in mind that this is a contest for BOTH of them. That is why doubles images [one image with both of them in it] are encouraged, although solo images are accepted as well. We understand that sometimes it's hard to do a 2-person picture, so we left the option open. It can be of either of them if it's solo.

Black and white, color, traditional, CG; whatever is fine. Cleaned sketches are also allowed. Just no bald stick figures plz. You can submit as many pieces as you like, there is no limit!

We'll be looking for creativity, accurate portrayal of character design and personality, and originality~!

Please note either ~licchan or ~fresh4u with your submissions! It doesn't matter who, seeing as we're both hosting this contest. <3

The winner of each will receive a request drawing from both artists, or you may request a collaboration between us [i.e. ~licchan draws it and ~fresh4u colors it.]
