Another preview of the little personal project im working on! In the end, it'll be a sort of "kids book". It'll feature 20 deep sea creatures. I just love drawing them so much that I want to put them together in some sort of little book. I'll be selling some extra copies. It'll be HARDCOVER!
Hopefully it'll all be done in two weeks! I have 5 more fish to go, plus extra pages to make (cover, info, etc).
Here is the classic Gulper Eel. How could we forget him?
All these are super awesome! Hey, I was wondering if you had any advice for someone just starting out in inks and such. Any dos or don'ts that I need to look out for?
thanks! Hmm. I think the best advice is... play around! Find what fits you. I still do what I started out doing, which is fine linework, Ive just expanded into playing with ink washes (and end up covering all my linework haha but oh well). Don't be afraid to mess up what you're drawing on, just because the ink is permanent. Sometimes mistakes can make things better. I was really scared of dripping ink onto my work, but then I realized that I loved it.
fffff look at him. What a magnificent creature, really. I love this one so much. I can't wait to get my paws on one of these books. I'm pleasantly surprised every time you upload one of these.
Very true. One thing I do know is that I gotta learn to be more loose with my work. I get really pedantic about it sometimes. Hehe, embrace the fuck-ups! Cheers me dears!

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
